Pengembangan Model Perubahan Perilaku Pemeliharaan Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut Berbasis Keluarga dengan Pendekatan Theory of Planned Behavior

Abstract


Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) menjelaskan niat perilaku melalui sikap, norma subjektif, dan perceived behavioral control (PBC). Bukti 2021–2025 menunjukkan TPB dapat menjelaskan niat memperbaiki perilaku oral, digunakan pada populasi anak, dewasa, ibu, dan kelompok berkebutuhan khusus, serta menjadi dasar intervensi. Artikel ini bertujuan merumuskan model perubahan perilaku oral berbasis keluarga dengan memperluas TPB ke konteks rumah tangga. Tinjauan naratif terarah mengidentifikasi bahwa faktor keluarga dapat berfungsi sebagai sumber norma, dukungan, hambatan, dan kesempatan perilaku. Model TPB-FAM yang diusulkan menggabungkan sikap, norma keluarga, PBC, oral health literacy, kebiasaan sebelumnya, perencanaan, dan dukungan lingkungan. Luaran utama adalah intention, enactment of behavior, dan clinical proxy. Model dirancang untuk diuji dengan structural equation modeling dan kemudian dikembangkan menjadi intervensi. Kerangka memerlukan validasi konstruk dan uji longitudinal untuk menilai intention-behavior gap.
