Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract


Rumah sakit memainkan peran krusial dalam menyediakan layanan kesehatan berkualitas, dan kinerja karyawan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pencapaian tujuan tersebut. Komitmen organisasi, sebagai indikator keterikatan karyawan pada nilai dan tujuan organisasi, menjadi faktor kunci yang memengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Rumah Sakit Umum Dewi Sartika, mengeksplorasi Pengaruh komitmen organisasi, terutama affective commitmentcontinuance commitment, dan normative commitments terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melibatkan 99 pegawai dalam periode Oktober–November 2023. Instrumen utama yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dengan analisis data melibatkan analisis univariat, uji korelasi, dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di RSU Dewi Sartika pada tahun 2023. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh affective commitment dengan nilai p=0,001. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari continuance commitment terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai p=0,225. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa Normative commitments memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepegawaian di RSU Dewi Sartika, dengan nilai p=0,050. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya affective commitment dan normative commitments dalam konteks kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit tersebut, memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan dan kepuasan pasien di RSU Dewi Sartika.
